Berg near Munich/ Achberg at Bodensee lake – As the founder of the online-city portal visitcity the visitcity team had a clear vision , namely to create a city portal which enables cities and local authorities to showcase their offers and products based on state of the art IT technology to everyone. Online visitors ought to employ a platform with which they better find their way in a designated region, easier find public administrations and local sights using interactive mappings. The level of content also changes and shows exclusively information which are updated by authorized persons in a city or a region. The updates will be accomplished by a special administration tool or by importing over an interface (Geo RSS interface).
