3D software for the stereoscopic visualization of 3D models in VRML or X3D

BS Contact Stereo enables the interactive display of 3D models in different stereoscopic modes for a
large variety of active and passive VR systems up to CAVE solutions.

Active stereo projection
Necessary for the stereoscopic projection from PCs is merely a Windows computer with a suitable graphics card,
e.g. NVidia Quadro, ATI-Fire GL or 3Dlabs Wildcat and active stereo glasses.
Passive stereo projection
BS Contact Stereo can be used for rear projection systems with projectors and passive stereo glasses.
3D Displays
Stereoscopic viewing is possible without additional VR glasses by using particular 3D monitors.
In co-operation with display producers Bitmanagement supports miscellaneous displays (Opticality, SeeReal, ACT Kern, Sharp, SpatialView ) natively.

CAVE solutions
CAVE solutions enable the full stereoscopic and interactive vision for highend visualizations
(The CAVE at the Fraunhofer IPA, Stuttgart).
BS Sync+Track enables the synchronization of multiple standard PCs and supports optical or magnetical
tracking for interactivity in CAVE solutions.
Based on todays PC-technology and our 3D software, costs for visualizations of interactive and realtime
3D models are extremely decreased.
